National Lockdown 3 - FAQ Page

Further to the government's announcement on Monday 4th January, that England is to move into lockdown 3, we've put together this short FAQ page to help explain how we will continue to deliver products and services to you throughout the coming weeks.

  • Will Gigante Computers be open during the lockdown restrictions? - Whilst the shop will be closed to walk-in customers and you won't be able to call in and buy in store, you can order from our website for either local delivery or click and collect from our collection point at the back of the rear doors of the shop.
  • What times will your collection point be available? -  Our collection point will be available by appointment only between 10.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday for the collection of orders placed online. You are also able to use the collection point to drop off and collect items for repair.
  • How do I arrange a laptop or computer repair through lockdown? - Our workshop will remain open throughout lockdown and we welcome you to reach out to us through our chat box or contact form. We'll then be able to advise you of the next steps before offering you an appointment for you to drop your device off to our collection point. 
  • What if I'm unable to get my device to you? - No problem at all. We can arrange a doorstep collection and delivery service for your convenience. Simply ask us about this and we'll make arrangements and offer you a time slot.
