Shipping policy

Express Shipping 1 working day – from £6.95 Free for orders over £500 (depending on stock or item location)

Standard Shipping 2 working days – from £4.95 - Free for orders over £100 (depending on stock or item location)

All orders placed before 2:00PM on a working day, Monday to Friday, are shipped on the same day by the service requested.

Orders received after 2:00PM, over the weekend or on a bank holiday are shipped on the next working day by the service requested.

Collection Only items

Whilst we can ship almost all of our products to your UK address, we do have a few items that are either too bulky or fragile to send by a carrier service. For example refurbished monitors. These items can still be purchased for collection from our store.

Gaming Computers

Due to the high risk of damage to gaming computers in transit with regular carriers, we ship all of gaming PC range securely in our own vehicles. This ensures your new pride and joy arrives in perfect working order and ready to go. Our Express & Safe Delivery costs from £50 for deliveries in England, £60 for Wales and £75 for Scotland. Alternatively you are welcome to collect your new computer from our shop in Coventry. Simply choose the Click & Collect option in our checkout.
